Join our team and help create exceptional guest experiences from the moment guests arrive until the moment they depart.

We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Guest Service Agent who takes pride in delivering outstanding hospitality. This is a dynamic role that combines front desk operations, guest relations, and support for daily hotel operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, flexible, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

What You'll Do:

Guest Services & Front Desk Operations:

Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude and provide efficient check-in and check-out services.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
Process payments accurately, including cash, credit cards, checks, and other accepted payment methods.
Balance and verify financial transactions while maintaining accurate records.
Manage room assignments, key distribution, and guest account information while protecting guest privacy and security.
Maintain accurate documentation related to reservations, registrations, billing, guest requests, and maintenance concerns.

Guest Experience:

Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively assist guests throughout their stay.
Resolve guest concerns and escalated issues with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach.
Respond to and follow up on guest requests to ensure complete satisfaction.
Provide information regarding hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and property policies.
Serve as a positive ambassador for the hotel and its commitment to hospitality excellence.

Hotel Operations Support:

Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
Assist with breakfast service and ensure guests have a welcoming start to their day.
Support laundry operations as needed to help maintain smooth hotel operations.
Follow all hotel safety, security, and operational procedures to provide a safe environment for guests and team members.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional in busy or challenging situations.
A genuine passion for customer service and hospitality.
Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules as needed.
Previous hotel, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
