We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Guest Service Agent who takes pride in delivering outstanding hospitality. This is a dynamic role that combines front desk operations, guest relations, and support for daily hotel operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, flexible, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
What You'll Do:
Guest Services & Front Desk Operations:
- Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude and provide efficient check-in and check-out services.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Process payments accurately, including cash, credit cards, checks, and other accepted payment methods.
- Balance and verify financial transactions while maintaining accurate records.
- Manage room assignments, key distribution, and guest account information while protecting guest privacy and security.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to reservations, registrations, billing, guest requests, and maintenance concerns.
Guest Experience:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively assist guests throughout their stay.
- Resolve guest concerns and escalated issues with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Respond to and follow up on guest requests to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Provide information regarding hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and property policies.
- Serve as a positive ambassador for the hotel and its commitment to hospitality excellence.
Hotel Operations Support:
- Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
- Assist with breakfast service and ensure guests have a welcoming start to their day.
- Support laundry operations as needed to help maintain smooth hotel operations.
- Follow all hotel safety, security, and operational procedures to provide a safe environment for guests and team members.
